Our Site
We are excited to be building our community on this lush, 15-acre site near Littleton Center, a 45-minute drive west of Boston. When it’s complete, most of the site will remain as open conservation space complete with walking trails.
Our Homes
Our one- and two-bedroom, single-floor, private homes will be clustered together around pedestrian paths and shared green space on the site.
About Littleton
The location is next to the new Reuben Hoar Library, the Littleton Senior Center and Littleton’s Town Offices. Three churches and many town recreation and conservation areas - including the Littleton Community Farm - are within walking distance. An MBTA train station down the road can whisk you into Boston.
